Laragh Finance is a young company specialized in offshore investments and capital services. We arrange private placements from the general public to finance businesses. This can be existing businesses looking for funding to expand their business, but also new businesses looking for start-up capital. Companies that require funding can file their business plan and investment offer with us, and then we start investigating the investment opportunity. First we look if the business plan is realistic and if it offers good returns for our investors related to risk. Next, we will perform due diligence on the person(s) and companies in question, to verify who they are and if they are not setting up a fraud. When our staff approves the business plan and the verifications are done, the investment is released to our investors. Each of our clients can than decide for him or her self if he/she wants to invest or not. By investing directly into companies before they grow big, you are able to gain far greater profits than from investing in the regular stock markets!

Our investments in private placements are also open for small investors. Most of our private placements have a minimum of 500 USD or 1,000 USD. We bring the money of many investors together to create the capital injection the company needs, without the need for big investors. Please note that it is recommended to invest in more than one company for diversification purposes. When you invest in more than one company you are spreading the risk. If one company does not perform as good as expected, an other one that does better than expected can compensate for this.

Last but not least, for those people that would like to invest, but do not want to get involved in the process of selecting investments, there is the business fund. The business fund pools the investments of many investors together and invests this capital into many different companies world wide. With the business fund you do not have to worry about where you should invest or not, this is all taken care of by our staff. The business fund is also an option for those who want to make a smaller investment, you can already participate from 100 USD on, and your investment gets diversified automatically!
