The Association of Civilians “SVETLOST” has been registered with the Ministry for Human and Minorities Rights as a non-government, non-profit, non- party humanitarian organization.

The aim of the organization is to collect and distribute the humanitarian help for the most imperiled citizens: parentless children, handicapped, old people etc. We also want to provide help during medical treatment, educating, employment (through multiple cooperation with the economy, donations from home firms and those abroad).

Exercising its endeavors the association shall intercede in favour of peace, tolerance, equality of the two sexes, equality based on a nationality, propagate humanity, and inspire people to perform acts of charity that are in such a demand in these times as hard as they are.

The Association of Civilians “Lightness” is in a severe need of assets needed to carry out the program as planned by its statute. >>>

The Association of Civilians “Lightness” is expecting to get in touch with individuals, welfare centres, institutions for children without parental care, gerontological centres, schools, kindergartens, entrepreneurs, small and large enterprises, etc. >>>
